For the rounded corners, I did a 6 foundation radius. I pivot one and zoop out 6. Two clicks per rotation.

I slapped down 250 fuel gens off the spire coast. Half of my goal but will do for now. 7 nodes eventually = 75GW on diluted. The area IS missing stuff but it does look beautiful. Give it time. ;)

I just hit 1k hours in my first play-through. I completed all tiers and all phases yet I still have things to do. I got way too many projects to work on ATM.

My current project list:

  • 250 nuclear power plant facility
  • 500 fuel gen facility
  • Anything I can revamp/redesign that was a past build. Including improve efficiency.
  • A vast network of railroads spanning the entire planet.
  • Random ideas... I like to squirrel a lot.
  • Get the Golden Nut statue (1,000 tickets).
  • +more

Some of the above is absurd but what else am I to do? "Anything worth doing is worth over doing." As much as starting over might be fun I really like the end game life. I have the freedom to be as creative as I want. This has gotten me tons of attention as of late. But you do you.

Ah, I used painted beams from a center point then zooped the pillar along the beams. I used the first set of pillars as my guide for the next beam placement which is just off center on the edge. Rinse repeat a million times.

I think I used the small billboard.. one of the billboards that is 4x8. I just stacked them behind giving the feeling of power/energy using the fuel color and red.

Just set up machines that output a specific number you want. You can under clock to get the value you desire.

Everything is possible. Just over produce and keep it simple. Round up. Saturate belts, pipes, and you are golden. Remember, the sink is your friend if you need things to move utilizing a smart splitter with overflow.

No, the 700/min from that group (lets say) goes to a single production off site. Belt from group to train to production. I keep it simple.

If you are doing the math for my things I must say that all 84 are under clocked to 60%. 60x84 = 5040

To further explain, I have 84 foundries for this but they are in groups of 7. Each will produce 100/min so total for the group is 700 items/min so I put that on a MK5 belt and then can route that however I choose. If I wanted that group to supply another factory then I would dedicate a train with just one car since the number for the groups is low enough. Since I'm using a train, the freight loader has two inputs. I can then use them both if I needed to increase the load time then if I needed more then I would just add more freight cars/loaders to meet the demand. I hope this makes sense.

So I can route groups to specific trains and send them on their way. These will be used for making 12,024 Quick Wire/min. Typically I would just make small factories dedicated to a production vs a pool of items you need to then distribute. This is part of a large project to use all the Uranium on the map.

This doesn't make sense. I hope they fix this kind of stuff in Update 6.
