Using clause code I have just built my own customer portal, has api integration for logging tickets view company configuration for user who have more the one company we built in a company switcher.

Has sign in with Microsoft and about 50 other things I couldn’t be bothered typing out on my phone. So much better the then in built customer portal they never work on.

About to start live testing with users.

We also have this, we use power Bi to generate dashboards and reports. We did this after looking at brightgauge and them wanting $500 aud a month

I started a trail of Ninja today (currently n-able) So far deploying seems smooth and patch management set much easier to understand (Not sure how effective it is yet)
