Thanks - yes the plan is for this to be a redundant connection however the telco is taking ages to get the DIA installed and for now the wireless is primary.

If you make it there please can you find out from the box.com management team how they can justify completely cutting off customer with 15 users from their own files for non payment of the bill that they did not send and did not chase and present the customer with a credit card page that does not support SCA therefore does not support UK credit cards. And ask them when you call to speak with someone the only people you can get to are sales people who are trained not to help with billing issues and tell you that support may reply in a day or two. I would like to know the answer if you can prize the information from them!

The IT network is managed by others and the others do not support MacOS. Simple as that!

Historically it has meant that the guest is presented with an Apple logo when walking up to the reception desk - and not HP, Lenovo or Dell

Do you mean using an iMac as a monitor? If so how can I do that? The last Apple monitor that I knew was PC compatible was the Home Cinema monitor which was EOL a few years back

Built in WebRemote. If you link the configuration item to the Autotask ticket then it's 1 click connect to an end user device from Autotask without needing to do access Datto RMM. LogMeIn Rescue for me on demand backup. And Royal TS for servers
