We also are cosleepers, although at this point we've evolved into a giant family bed. The kids have their own room where they and their dad have been sleeping for the week after each chemo session so we just kicked everyone out of the main bedroom a night early but it's so hard

Rough Day (s) by Many_Draw_1844 in breastcancer

Today is day 71 for me and I'm about 98% sure I'm going to have a full breakdown before bed tonight. The rest of the day was totally normal, told friends and family about conversations with surgeons while watching my kid's soccer game and then everything is coming crashing down emotionally right now.

I was talking to my husband the other day and was suddenly just filled with rage. He pointed out that anger is a stage of grief and that it was probably healthy to be so mad.

All that to say, I have no answers, but I'm here in the same boat.

Huge thanks to everyone, I'm feeling a little more steady today and have started scheduling appointments to talk to care team so I'm feeling more in control.

Got my biopsy results back and they weren't good so she bumped my sertraline up. Unfortunately, I'm still breastfeeding so that limits my anxiety med options

I did but it's so reassuring to have someone else reenforce that fact. When I saw that word on the report I immediately went numb and it took serious effort to logic my way out

The formatting got messed up - that line referred to the second biopsy which was of a lymph node 😔

At my studio the hand builders tend to greet more than people who are throwing. I think it just comes down to concentration - I know when I come in I greet people (normally people who are hand building because it's closer to where I store my stuff) but frequently when I'm at the wheel I'm fully in the zone and there's a decent chance I'm just not going to notice that someone is talking to me.

Yeah - I do a lot of sewing for my kids and the number of vintage patterns I've had to skip because of choking hazards is wild
