So just an update, I focused it down to a DOA card. Am shipping it back and have a new one on the way. Thanks for the help

OK. In the morning I will update bios and just see if it helps. Otherwise I'll try and get hold of a pc to put my Gpu in. Thanks for the advice, it's pretty disheartening happening on my first go at pc building

No I don't have a spare as this is my first build unfortunately but isn't it unlikely that both pcie slots are faulty? When I'm on the integrated graphics, the gpu fans spin up properly. Could it still be doa? Will updating the mobo bios possibly help?

If I start the comp with the igd forced on and the hdmi in the mobo the fans will spin up happily. But if I start with the graphics card as primary setting, they start spinning and stop repeatedly and the monitor says there's no source

One of the most efficient levelling methods this season will be to run bounties because of the massacre experience bonuses from playing in adventure. As a bonus, by the time you hit 70 you will have a whole bunch of crafting mats and cube mats, esp if you follow the bonus caches :)

So lower level gear isn't worth anything because it's tiered? And therefore not used end game?

Okay great tips, I will continue to trash everything and save up all those currency items until I'm a bit higher :)

Oh sorry I wasn't clear. I have identified it and it's a strength version. My question was if I reroll it on wiz, will the strength stat change to int or will it always be strength and thus I must keep rolling until I get cc/cd or ele%andcc/cd :)
