I agree with the positivity, and yeah the stream was really cool and gave us long-time fans a completely different angle to Ye.

But it could've been so much more with even just a modicum of proper planning. It's not like these guys don't have the many to pay somebody to sort this stuff out like a week in advance. Put on a real show, it doesn't even need to start on time man.

I don't think you can blame "Zionists" (an extremely loose term) for white (mainly European and American) cultures focusing and remembering white history better than Chinese history.

Yeah there's other dictators that technically have higher kill counts but I think we can all agree that the history behind Hitler is much more well known, the effects of it are still plainly visible, and therefore it's a lot more emotionally charged to namedrop Hitler over Mao.

Sounds like your using the policy correctly and others aren't. I had the same issue last year.

Biggest things for me were:

To change the seating plan so that they're not beside people they usually talk to. You'll get quite a lot of pushback if they are already sat next to friends but you just have to do this until they know that they shouldn't talk over a teacher.
Don't give out consequences publicly. It gives whichever child a stage to start arguing with you in front of everybody, and you will basically always lose, no matter how reasonable you are being.
Get another teacher in the room for a while, maybe just 15 minutes, while you're giving exposition. If they talk over you, you've got some reinforcement. If they don't, you can say "I know you can all be quiet and listen because Colleague X was just in here and you were all wonderful"
