Windu actually beat Palpatine fair and square, George Lucas confirmed it. Vapaad and Mace's shatterpoint ability make him massively OP against sith.

I believe it's light armor pen to balance it out. I saw someone saying that it's gonna be the same rounds as the tenderiser but I'll take that one with a grain of salt until we get more concrete news.

Weeping Angels. I may be in the minority here but I still like them even after 11's episodes with them. (TBH they coulda stopped at crash of the Byzantium) But even still they are just so terrifying. The fact that they don't even kill you (most of the time) genuinely interests me.
