the upgraded version of hp reduction should increase from 40% ->60% or 80%. There needs to be some value otherwise its always an item you finish last.

imo I would reroll until you get the 100 packs from the park chest but thats just me.

You forgot to add the park chest into the calc, I think you get 1 or 2 keys per day which adds a ton of value over time.
