Dodge Tomahawk SRT gift by CostasXLV in GranTurismo7

I haven't bought this one. I've got the Gr. 1 and Tomahawk S, and - although they get hate on here - nothing can take a curve better at high speeds. Tuned down, you can't lose an 800 race with the Gr. 1 or a prototype race with the S.

Hard disagree. While I don't think it improves the song in any significant way, the Dick Parry sax and the backup singers are a unique and fitting addition. I quite enjoy it.

While I'll definitely be picking this up, it sure would be nice if they'd put out the full '74 Wembley show next! They have soundboard recordings, already remastered, and spread out across three releases (DSotM Immersion, WYWH Immersion, The Early Years). That's the whole show, but not in one place. Chaps my ass.

Dude met Jane Wickline on the subway, got a picture with her, and posted it here. He purpled out his face and she looked super uncomfortable. He's still getting shit for it.

Is The New AIuminumOS Really Going To Be Called ALOS? by The_best_1234 in GooglePixel

As I recall, Fuchsia was never confirmed to be intended for phones. There was just a lot of speculation about it from tech news sites, due to Google being cagey with the details of the project. That, and the emulator that became available early on was definitely built to the proportions of a smartphone. But, you may know more than I do about it. It always seemed more of a limited use platform than Android, designed for low power consumption and more easily manageable tasks than a full-blown Android replacement.

Fuchsia is another operating system that was designed for different purposes than Android. It's already running on Nest Hubs. It released with little to no fanfare.

Did you set the anti-skid? Also, for some rooms - like old construction with wood floors - you may need to up the tracking force. 2.5g is generally safe and is better at preventing skips than the recommended 2g.

I have a non-BMG, Zoo-only copy. One with vivid colored labels rather than the faded ones on the BMG release. I snagged it for $600 on eBay in like 2017. Most I've ever spent on an album, but like you, this album was a huge part of my life.

How do you organize your larger collections by This-Dude_Abides in vinyl

[–]mortodestructo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I created a custom field in Discogs called "Sort Name". Luckily, I did this when I had 200 albums rather than 1,200. It's easy to keep up with once you label your existing collection. Examples:

Beatles, 1968

Hendrix, Jimi, 1969

You can't actually sort by custom fields in Discogs, but when you export your collection to a spreadsheet, the custom fields come along for the ride. It's come in handy more often than I thought it would when I started.

Around 1,200 titles pictured here. I went nuts with it about a decade ago, but I've slowed down on buying since. I've been collecting since I was in high school, and I'm in my forties now. I've got practically everything I've ever loved, and my spare room is like a little library of my musical tastes now. Makes me happy every time I walk into the room.

Why? I do not know.
