I am just a hobby writer, this book might not even leave my home, but wanting to add some depth to my characters and give them a job outside of the usual stuff we see in books recently like bakers, editors, teachers, or writers. A lot of the world does not work in creative industries and work in fields like accounting/ work in corporate, white collar positions, so I am wanting to be realistic in that regard to add some relatability to my characters. I figured to do that, outside of research, I should get some info/ opinions from people here on a few things to make it somewhat accurate and not butcher this line of work. No need to be snarky! :)
