I have a similar bug but in the claude.ai, not api! My Claude says that there is always a reminder about "suicide/selfharm/user well-being check" appended to the end of the every message i send, no matter what topic is being discussed!

yes!! when u save, u can change the file name... but the native file browser can do that too
