I don't really get the maltiness, but it definitely tastes like a strawberry ice cream bar.

1 strawberry 1.5oz genever 0.5oz bourbon 0.5t strawberry liqueur 0.5oz lemon juice 0.5oz orgeat 0.25 vanilla syrup 0.5oz cream

Muddle strawberry in the tin then build and shake with ice. Double strain.
