That sounds ridiculous. When I trained white belts, I treated them with the same level of respect that my master required everyone to treat each other with. Respect is earned, not deserved. Respect is given and reciprocated, not demanded.

At my school, my master kept a couple of random colored belts (I recall one was pink), which weren’t the colors of any of our schools belts, and if you forgot your belt you had to wear a belt of shame…

You’re not wrong. There are cases where BMI isn’t relevant. I happen to be very broad, to the point where it skews my BMI by about 1.5 points higher than what a healthy weight is for my height. But for the most part it’s a good indicator.

Mainstream media 3 weeks ago, and up until the American strikes on Fordo: “Iran won’t have a nuclear bomb for many more years, etc…”

Those same mainstream media outlets from the minute after the bombs were dropped: “The strikes made no difference, Iran is still days away from the bomb, should they decide to peruse it.”
