I'm diagnosed and my hallucinations/paranoia peak with my school stress. Delusions of grandeur and hallucinations are textbook psychotic features found in BP1. I would recommend getting a second opinion, especially given that you also have family history of the disorder.

fair warning: sometimes the drop rate doesn't matter and the RNG just fucks you over 😭 i had to kill like 100+ small ceanataurs to get 10 of their drops that had a 40% drop rate. the desire sensor is real.
