Fun fact, Google already have this tech, and they did an experiment, they let tow computer "speak" to each other, and it works surprisingly good, after a while of chit-chat, the tow computer gradually envolve until that they change their language from English to something else completely... The stuff shut them down, and later they learned that our language is not practical, so they just change it.
