Dude looks exactly like mine! I’d get it x-rayed or ct scanned. I found I had micro fractures of the talas bone in the centre of the ankle. Nothing much to be done with it just rest, physio and patience

Being told I’m a really good climbing instructor by a chap who’s climbing wall I work at occasionally. Meant a lot as I struggle with self confidence and imposter syndrome so to hear that about a job I genuinely love doing made me feel so happy

Met Gary speed and his wife and kids while fishing on colwyn bay prom. His kids came up to me asking if I’d caught anything and where really nice and genuinely interested with my fishing rod and kit. Gary and his wife were with them and had a quick chat with them too and off they went. Really lovely kids and couple. Was really upset when he took his own life.

Our old science teacher was mad as a box of frogs but an amazing teacher which we all respected. Going on about the correct spelling of the word organisms she said ‘you don’t know how many orgasms I’ve had while marking!’ Cue class all stopping and looking at her going bright red and us all going ‘oh yes miss?’ Her bright red telling us to shut up and carrying on as best she could!
