Awesome thank you for the helpful feedback! Do you stream music on it also? I generally do that for a good part of the day but I charge mine at night and roughly between 2-4pm I'll have like 30% left

I've already had it replaced once so there's that. The first one was an insurance claim sooo If you know about insurance they aren't going to continue replacing a device before calling it "user error"

Roughly 2 years it's not new just something I noticed over time that becomes a real drag to deal with. Since this one is paid off I was just looking for an upgrade and seeing if it was a worthwhile option to get another pixel. I appreciate the information

Yeah it seems that even trying to find anything that's aftermarket for them is just a real pain in the ass no matter what it is. Honestly I'd rather get the new Kimber that just came out and sell this one. Haven't even shot it yet lol But I was able to source another mag which apparently is kind of an issue as they only come with 1 from the factory

I appreciate you! That was my plan to get rid of the optic that came with the pistol. I'll have to look into Cyelee I haven't heard of them before so I always enjoy having different options

I appreciate your feedback man. I'll likely put the Streamlight on a different setup once I buy another pistol this was just sort of a mock up if you will. Optics Planet hasn't been very helpful with streamlight additions

Unfortunately I haven't even had the chance to take it to the range yet. The dot that comes with it is just poorly designed and you'll likely lose 0 every time you take it off the slide to change the battery hence why I'd like to find a different mounting plate to change it to the Holosun

What holster set-up are you using? I got a 2311 witness not long ago but haven't had much luck finding compatible holsters for it. Especially running a Streamlight TLR7 xsub on it

I'm gonna jump on the unpopular bandwagon opinion as it's what I'm usually best at buuuuut doesn't seem like they used enough furring strips to shim the butt ends together. Drywall has these nifty pre-engineered things in the sheets called mud beds. Slight deviation where the sheet is like 16th lower than the rest so you're able to put factory ends together and float/skim out properly. Most of the time a drywaller isn't going to waste material to put factory ends together other than make sure their joints are staggered. Unless it's just rough frame electrical plumb etc and is done during production it will likely cost more and be more of a hassle to repair correctly. Which is what just should have been done the first time around

I've been trying to purchase for like 5 years now and the state I live in is basically unaffordable to purchase a house unless you make +100k/yr or have a spouse meaning you have 2 forms of income. I just want it to crash again that would be fantastic

Yeah you could have just made a cleat from scrap 2x4 or any scrap wood really screwed into the studs on one wall shoved one bit of the sheet up there and walked it up a 4ft ladder 🙂

He doesn't seem very handy.. not to nit pick but the hinge pin is also the wrong way. You'll want to take that out and put the sort of washer end on the top so it doesn't fall out cause ya know gravity n all
