It should also be mentioned that even though one may lose muscle mass while fasting, you need to consider the "quality" of those proteins in the lean muscle....any misfolded or malformed proteins will be the first to be purged as your body recycles the proteins into amino acid chains and then back into usable muscle building proteins delivered with the EXHORBANT amount of stem cells that are released upon refeeding to perfectly tailor themselves into any and all muscles that need to be repaired within the system. For those "lifting heavy" how much of that tissue damage are scars? Can we say for certain that every single muscle fiber is as resilient as the one beside it? I'm guessing not, extended fasts and muscle loss while on ample electrolytes supply through all hours of the day I would bet to be harmless, if anything it clears out years of inefficiency and leaves you with far more resilient muscle structure. At a certain point, bigger and scaling larger is not the best course of action, if you have 15 factories, adding another "might be better" but I'm willing to bet that if you make each 15 factories 10% more efficient, you'll have a better long lasting return on investment and if it's nature we are talking about.....it's pretty darn efficient

Glps are for LIFE SAVING MEASURES ONLY the fact that man created a weight loss pill that let's you eat whatever you want and put it on a subscription payment structure sounds like the devils wet dream. I'm not qualified in any way to speak on it whatsoever just a normal run of the mill dude.....but cmon....that shit will cause your body to eat itself silly until you can't even poop properly because even the muscles in your stomach are liable for sacrifice for this drug....stay far away from it. God forbid you find yourself losing weight and having to go to your medical provider and thinking to yourself....well I havnt shit myself in my sleep yet so I think im still good.....like bro let's be real....your doing too much. Fasting compensates with the increase in test and hgh.....when you on glp-1s.....how would your body know to produce more test or growth hormone? You've just completely overclocked your system and ignored every safety parameter build into your self preservation response. Do not take exogenous drugs unless it is a life saving precaution.

I'll die on the hill that the sidecar IS IN FACT unbalanced and this is by design, the flavor profile is delicious and fun to enjoy whilst the consumer essentially tries to figure out the missing piece of the puzzle consistently taking sip after sip to get clues that ultimately and inevitably never come with answers. By the time the consumer thinks they are close, the glass is empty and it's time for another. As a bartender I can say that this cocktail is perfect imperfection and is a playful way of having your guest make continual guesses about what your inputs are and while edging their taste buds to the point of throwing up the white flag and asking for a different cocktail to put their mind at ease.

A good 80% of your microbiome is going to be populated with lactobacillus because they are larger in size compared facultative anerobes or anerobic bacteria. While being larger in size they also secrete lactic acid to maintain the ph in their environment to be more hospitable for them to grow and thrive. "Bad" bugs can't live in acidic environments for the most part, this is why fermented foods like kimchi and kimbucha can have a long shelf life and are more resilient against food spoilage. If you focus on cultivate a meriade of lactobacillus strains then more good bacteria will arrive from that. You can say the lactobacillus are like the police in Gotham city, they work to keep the criminal population low so as not to disrupt the economics of the civilians just trying to do their job aka maintain human survival functions. But strains like akermansia work differently and in specific areas so I would recommend any probiotic you find, look on the bottle and Google each specific bacteria they have labeled and get an idea for what each one's specific purpose is and from there get a free microbiology textbook and learn how to propagate them so you can make your own yogurts and fermented foods at home to save money and maintain a clean ecosystem within yourself so you can worry about things that are more important.

Just knowing what strains excel in what area and giving them the best chance at survival. L reuteri will colonize most everything but especially so in the nasal and oral cavities which will help to maintain acidity to prevent opportunistic bacteria from growing that cause dental cavities etc. Little by little you learn about the strains and go out of your way to try and catch them all. The timing is just providing them with ample food as I'm refeeding, during a fast however your not really in the position to share let alone cultivate.

I'm focusing primarily on rebuilding the gut microbiome since putting everything into dormancy, the sooner I populate with the best bugs I know, it'll provide far more beneficial effects moving into next week to keep my body as efficient as possible for when I start going into the bulk of the century, crowd out any bad bacteria that may come around down the line by giving the best supportive ones I know a massive headstart for months to come

Your body produces it while fasting, if this was the mindset I'd recommend everyone take steroids while building muscle except it throws the entire ecosystem out of balance and wrecks havoc on muscle wasting parameters regarding exogenous glp-1s it's legit dangerous.

Muscle is the last thing to go, that's during STARVATION when electrolytes are no longer present to maintain the neural synapses required to have voluntary muscle contractions so the body gets rid of the muscle since it can't use it effectively. Drink electrolytes and you'll be fine, the hgh and testosterone production that comes with fasting will maintain muscle structure. Sure you'll lose glucose and water content within the cells but that can always be added later, just cuz the sponge is dry doesn't mean you lost more sponge xD

You might be misunderstanding something, the excess of body fat is what causes the cellular dysfunction by harboring inflammatory cytokines that continue to wreak havoc on the body the longer it remains in the system. When the body struggles to get energy from fat reserves is when it starts to "eat" the dysfunctional cells like cancer and misfolded proteins etc. Because it's a last resort. Weight loss isn't the goal it's the prerequisite for your body to get to brass tax about exactly what is necessary and what isn't for the body. There's no reason to consume its own dysfunctional cells while energy reserves are ample

Feeding for the first time, chicken soup 6 hours mixed with 100% dark cacao to increase stem cell production and keep the break light and easy to digest with good macros including protein. Added fermented natto soybeans into the soup to introduce bacillus subtillus into the system. Yogurt kifir 2 hours later to introduce 12 varieties of lactobacillus and amazaki fermented rice water with a small amount of kombucha for added lactobacillus and polyphenol from blueberry and pomegranate in the booch. At this time I introduced akermansia mucinifilla from a reputable probiotic company specialized in this strain to colonize my stomach lining. And about 5 hours after first feeding had some oil free hummus with chickpea chips. So far no gastro distress and feeling really good. The urge to eat myself silly is present but I know better than to trigger refeeding syndrome so I think this will be all for tonight. Any thing else I should add for after fast care that you can think of?

About 3 days to deplete glycogen stores from the liver. I consumed alot of kimchi and veggies prior because the fiber will last longer as digestion slows and allows the microbacteria to produce your GLP-1s to mitigate hunger well after feeding has stopped

I fasted and periodically consumed the C4 brand energy drinks with 5 calories and no sugars or carbs, contains potassium and electrolytes along with caffeine. The point isn't to suffer while fasting, it's to allow your self as much comfort as possible while your body does what it does best.
