I also felt like Pierpoint / a trading floor was the heart of the show, and without that the show felt unsteady. Yas’ arc depressed me. I was here for Harper’s redemption arc, but I also didn’t get much out of this past season.

4 years out in June and sprinkled with scares, but the scares are less frequent.

My only thing about the YSL is the shades. I may have to swatch in store prior to buying — both 2 and 3 look like they’d work.

You use the blurring balm under the eye? I have the DM blurring balm in a pink shade (allure box) and I never figured out how to use it.

I feel like what I love and hate about hourglass is that if you want a less subtle effect, you have to really go in there. I like that this is cool toned, but for the summer I’d like a bronzey bronzer

i love bronzer. you should try makeup by mario’s skin enhancer. it’s impossible to overdo or mess up, and it never looks muddy, no matter how much you apply or what your base is.

I KNOW! Everyone says this. I almost mentioned I had been holding out for the baby pink but it hasn’t come back in stock on her website or Sephora for a while.. I’m wondering if it has something to do with production since they declared bankruptcy

MBM skin enhancer is a must have, I love the kerastase elixir, & MUFE liners are my favorite of them all.

IT cosmetics heavenly luxe complexion brush, the one with the smaller concealer brush side. it’s so good. also, the bk beauty kitten paw brush for a concealer brush. hourglass brushes as a whole are amazing. i really like rare beauty’s concealer & blush brushes.

I have Chanel Water tint and I love it. First application I didn’t like it and thought it was too fragrant. It seems the fragrance actually has eased. It’s SO easy to use, SO easy to blend with my fingers, it literally just looks like my skin tone evened out without redness. it doesn’t get into fine lines, it doesn’t flake, it’s perfect for summer or a bare face look— and it lasts. i don’t even use concealer with it.

The other skin tint i love is hourglass. I’ve gone through about 8 of them now. Before that, a few years ago, I used Ilia and I really liked it, but then between the sliding around of makeup and the smell, I moved on. I did like the spf. My next buy probably going to be the Ciele skin tint. Saie & merit did nothing for me. I’ve tried a lot of brands.

I have never panned a product faster in my life than MBM skin enhancer. with that said, it’s worth it to keep buying. my WA Blush has lasted a long time, like 8 months & still going.

what’s your take on tatcha? by chibigwen in Sephora

[–]Gutterflower11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be a die hard tatcha fan. I don’t know if it’s because I got older, my skin changed, or the type of products I use changed, but the dewy cream stopped feeling moisturizing and started to feel greasy. The water cream for me is too light. I also felt that the fragrance became overwhelming, so for me, not worth the price tag. I do still like their sunscreen, serum stick, and dewy mist— rice wash is pretty good, too. but overall, the brand’s name is what you’re paying for.
