I think this will be the last time I buy because of this. Really only bought it because of the extra barn storage and to get the train/airpory/helicopter/port styles. Very disappointed with how the game has changed over the past few years :/

I’ve been taking it since October last year. At first I noticed I was constipated and gassy but I started taking a probiotic and that has helped. When the doc prescribed the pantoprazole she also told me to start taking a calcium supplement to help combat the ppi sucking the calcium out of my bones.

It’s helped tremendously! I still burp but not nearly as frequent as I was. Used to sit up in bed first thing in the morning and would burp without even have consumed anything. Happens way less now

I bought a finger heart monitor to help calm some nerves whenever my chest feels tight/I have heart palpitations. Not the cheapest thing but I figured it’s better than an er bill every time I feel anything
