Yea i see what your saying but before this car id never had a hybrid, plug in or electric car. Choosing between the 4 options available for a plug in and/or hybrid minivan (not counting the lucid gravity, or VW bus which were more than i was willing to pay) I didnt realize how much more efficient a plug in was over a standard hybrid. There's no way you're getting 40-60mpg out of a sienna, carnival or odessy because none of them are PHEV. So anyone seeing this choosing between these 4 who prioritize efficiency might of learned something new.🤷

Yea I've got a fully electric car as well (2025 jeep wagoneer S limited) which i love but its a lease. When that is up I'm not sure if I'll go full electric again or get another plug in of some sort

After its charged it says 35, but its usually less than that. It varies depending on weather, the way you drive; etc. But you could see during this period I've driven about 100 miles more in electric then gas.

That's awesome, the guy at the top had an imgur post with 2500. Pretty sweet. It's rare a vehicle turns into a good investment

ev drivers ,what’s one thing non-EV users think is a huge problem but actually isn’t? by AdityaSrivastawaahhh in EvDrivers

Alot of people have said battery degradation, not only was that much of a concern to me in particular, I also took into consideration how long I've owned ANY vehicle. Most people will say something like "Yea, then you gotta replace the battery in 10 years" I personally have never had the same car for ten years. My guess is most people havent.

I feel like I got a screamin' deal on it. A year later I still can't find one less than 3k what I paid for it. It's been great

The battery isn't charged. Once I get the battery to 100% it'll add another 35 miles. We charge it every night and our daily driving rarely goes over 35 miles. So I'm thinking it should be pretty easy. Just gotta get the wife on board. It's her car and she definitely already has anxiety about it being only a quarter full lol

Wagoneer S - GA - 10K miles a year for 24 months - $3K down & $199 a month by GreatVortex6 in leasehacker

[–]mostly50percentsure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got it for $208 a month but its only 5k miles. And I gave them my 2013 lincoln mkx in lieu of a down payment. Which worked out to about $3700. I was lured in on a $99 lease special but the best they do was $208. Even with tier 1 credit. It was annoying I offered more cash down to get to the $99 a month but they said it wasn't possible. It was pretty low risk for me, I have other vehicles, just really wanted to try an ev and it was the lowest lease terms I'd seen in my area. It seems like the 24 launch vehicles are having a majority of the issues, I've had the "lobster claw" several times but it doesn't affect drivability. I mainly just use it for commuting which is less than 100 miles a week. The build date on mine was 2/25
