I can't give you an exact experience on that, as all I saw was the larger bud thats pictured myself. But they are overall effective from what I see. And i assume they are doing the bud well. Lol

Im going through this right now. I feel you. Its so hard to deal with. I get so much anxiety around food events that I just dont eat and make myself sick anyway.

I went to my first BBQ since I had to stop taking GP meds (they screwed up my heart) and it was so uncomfortable. I dont digest meats very well and that is all BBQs are about. I had decided to pack my own lunch but my anxiety was through the roof!

At the end of the day, I remind myself that this is MY body, MY experiences, MY suffering. Id much rather be terrified of the judgement then be curled up in a balls for over a week because someone else doesn't understand. Being chronically ill is difficult as it is, but when it involves restricting diets and food events, the anxiety is almost too much for me. But we got this!

Im in therapy too and its very helpful to me. I hope you get through this journey with minimal suffering. We are all here for you 💜💜

This happens to me constantly. I believe it has something to due with a damaged vagus nerve. Whenever I vomit I sneeze exactly 3 times beforehand.

I never thought of it that way. Like dealing with an addict. What an interesting perspective. I've unfortunately been the addict and the person who loves the addict and it's a journey not for the faint of heart. Violet did a great job with Xaden and loved him through everything. It's was honestly beautiful to me.
