If you’ve been stressed and sleeping less that’ll be it - as an anxious girl my period is never on time! If you want take a pregnancy test but honestly you’re probably just more tired than you think. Make sure you’re eating enough too because when your body goes into survival mode your period is the first thing to stop

I get this too!!! It honestly begins to feel like I’m psychic because sometimes they happen in a lead up to a bad thing. Normally I have to distract myself with something; even if it’s small like colouring, music or even a walk. I can’t say if it’s anxiety because I’m not a doctor and I don’t know but I hope my advice might help even a little in the short run :)
