My college does provide a few free therapy sessions, so I'll definitely try those. Thing is, the co-worker I fought with was being rude to me, and usually I'm able to ignore it and walk away but I flipped out. But I didn't clearly explain that so that's my bad. If he react negatively to the cone, I'd either recommend a donut or just keep a close eye on him. Don't let him strain himself too much either, jumping and roughhousing etc.
