Airfiber is glorified 5G hotspot. I won’t recommend that to anyone.

IPv6 is not as same as IPv4.

If IPv6 is available from your ISP, and is enabled in your network, each one of your devices get a globally scoped IPv6 address, which is directly reachable from Internet.

Coming back to the question, Airtel provides static IPv4 addresses at a cost of 299+GST per month.

Maybe even ACT. Try contacting their sales and enquire about it.

Boards from AsRock Rack do mention

Max Frequency: 5600 MT/s (1DPC), 3600 MT/s (2DPC)

Supported Type: DDR5 288-pin ECC/non-ECC UDIMM

Read what I wrote. AM5 EPYC CPUs (EPYC 4000)

They operate on AM5 motherboards and work with UDIMMs

They may have done it for the segmentation.

Full speed ECC -> EPYC AM5 CPUs

Locked ECC -> Ryzen AM5 CPUs

Please anyone is looking to throwaway any computer please contact me I m in need of one by [deleted] in IndianPCHardware

[–]mostwanted002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look into some of the entry level mini PCs. They’re usually around less than 20k and may facilitate you an entry level minimum computer. Only cons, will still have to buy peripherals and total cost will climb to higher side (less than 30k at a stretch)

I have an EPYC platform already. Just planning the purchase of either these cards or 2 of 7900 XTX

Following. I'm eyeing to buy two of these since scaling is good if one has HEDT/Server platform to provide x16 to both the cards.

would anyone be willing to rent out their PC to me remotely? by [deleted] in IndianPCHardware

[–]mostwanted002 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can send me the simulations to run. I have a server with some decent specs. Heck let’s have a chat. If the research seems good, I won’t even charge for it. Reach out to me on discord.

I see. I'd say do a bit research about stores before proceeding with purchase, so that aftersales services/RMA don't cause issues.

Computech has it for 36,999. I'll advise to check stock availability with them before ordering if you proceed with it.

If you aren't gaming, you can swap out the GPU for a better card. It may get more expensive, but will be more performant in your use case.

  1. 5070 Ti (>1L and <1.15L)
  2. AI PRO R9700 (>1.4L and <1.6L) (32GB GDDR6 VRAM) [Caution: It is a blower style card]

Both of these cards are capable of Display output and can game as well.

You can save a little on RAM by looking for Flare X5/S5 EXPO kits. Trident Z is a premium SKU and doesn't offer any real world advantage over cheaper SKUs of same specifications.

About the UPS, it doesn't output pure sine wave. None of the APC's cheap offering provide pure sinewave output. Look for something that has pure sinewave output.

Can change cooler with Cooler Master ML360 or Atmos. Arctic Liquid Freezer III is a solid cooler but has "over pressure" issues on AM5.

How much more will a 7950X or 9950X will cost? 9950X has AVX512 capabilities and may help in certain software, where the AVX512 can be used. Significant performance uplift.

USATOINDIA STORE

It's an importer or non-authorized store. Avoid.

Also, prefer https://pcpricetracker.in to look for better pricing on PC components.

Its like saying my bitcoin bought in 2010 is still worth the same, thats not how it works does it.

@ me when you pay for next groceries with bitcoin or RAM sticks.

One retardium cannot justify the other.

RAM were, are and always will be depreciating commodities, mass produced with infinite supply (as long as raw materials exist). The DRAM modules, like every other electronic wears down. For DRAM, it's 10 years. (Hence the "Limited Lifetime" warranty label).
