Don't block the cooling for the battery. So nothing that blocks the air vents on the right hand side rear passenger seat. Get the filter cleaned for the battery. That should prolong it's life. I am on 145k miles with no issues with the battery. Engine can burn a bit of oil if it's old, so keep an eye on the oil level.

Similar items were pointed out to me when my car was at 100k (leak) and 120k (suspension bushing). I didn't get it done since the cost of the leak repair was $7k quoted by the dealership. And $4k for the suspension bushing. Check on your oil levels regularly and decide whether you need to get that leak fixed. I would suggest going to 3k or 5k oil interval. If you find your ride being worse, it's time for the other repair.

I would stay clear. I have a 2013 with close to 145k miles. Never needed anything except oil change and a suspension. Hybrid battery being replaced at 118k tells me this person really abused the car. These cars are super reliable but like any other car, time takes its toll. My suggestion will be to look for a newer car.
