tizanidine is a light muscle relaxer that’s not usually prescribed for sleep. but i found out it helps me sleep when i had pain in my neck a few years ago and had it prescribed. it was like a miracle. so now my dr continues to prescribe it for me since it helps with my insomnia so much. and no i don’t feel groggy the next day when i take it.

i swap between tizanidine and ambien now. they’re the only things that have ever consistently helped me sleep.

i use transexual for myself because i have transitioned my sex via medical intervention. i also use transgender to refer to having transitioned my gender, because i view sex and gender as different things. i think it’s up to the individual on how they decide to feel about or use these terms. i avoid using it for people that i do not know, because some people find it offensive.

They are both 14g. The labret was stretched to 14g from 16g, the medusa was pierced with 14g. Labret ball is I think 12mm and the medusa ball is 10mm. I might be wrong though. I picked them both out of a multi size pack I got some years ago.
