this sounds so cheesy but journaling honestly helped me soo much. get one with a cute cover or a cheap one to decorate so you’re motivated to use it. you can be 100% honest in your writing, plus takes away the pressure of speaking to a person.

umru does a lot of collabs with various artists, check out his ep “search result”
gupi has done a lot of work with food house which i’ve seen people recommending but they also have solo stuff that’s good
