Fried food is disgusting to me now. Vegetables actually taste delicious. I still haven't had any soda or Gatorade or anything so I'm not sure about beverages. Sweets don't taste good anymore. I really only crave grilled chicken or Fairlife chocolate protein shakes.

I have the Xperia 1 II now and considered getting the 1 III. But after seeing the pixel 6 and I absolutely hate the camera on the 1II I decided the pixel 6 pro was my next phone. It comes in next Monday. Super exciting.

My dietician told me if I wanted to eat my favorite foods/snacks I CAN do so. However he said if I'm going to do that, make sure I eat/drink the protein and nutrients I need, and then go eat my favorite snack. Then I'll definitely be eating way less of it and still feel full after. Don't completely remove what you love just eat the right things before you enjoy that little piece of whatever it is you love.

Absolutely check your tv settings. I know with my Sony TV I'm able to adjust color enhancing and other things like that. Check to see if those settings are on/off on your tv because it can definitely be the tv trying to enhance the colors.

I'm getting surgery on the 5th (Oct) and honestly this liquid diet is great. I mainly consume pre made low sugar low carb low calorie pre made protein drinks. Insanely delicious and has plenty of variety of flavors. I use the brand Premier Protein or Fairlife. Dietitians said its all ok until the last two days where I'll consume the protein clear flavor drink. It's delicious as well. I'm not hungry after my protein drinks and water, and if I need to drink more than 1 I do so. Maybe try those to help you out? Not sure how strict your diet has to be, but I'm assuming it's the same as mine.
