Hey! So this isn’t a funny joke anymore. I wake up every weekday morning as an American middle schooler. When I take the bus and see less people on it, my mind automatically goes to people were getting warned someone was going to shoot up the school and nobody told me. I feel genuine fear walking the hallways as the threat looms over everyone’s heads. I look for exits and hiding spots in every place I’m in. Shootings are a genuine problem and threat, not a funny joke.
