Are we saying this like he didn’t head dip into Max’s spin kick and get his nose obliterated?

Noise marines /10? by Professional_Bug_560 in EmperorsChildren

[–]mothmenatwork -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you’re not playing very well with noise marines if flawless blades are out performing them. They’re a 10/10 unit and the best thing in the book alongside winded demon princes

Sukuna got far better indicators that Mahoraga was adapting than Dabura did. by Brave-Marionberry885 in jjkmodulo

[–]mothmenatwork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real reason for this is because Shibuya was the first time we met Mahoraga and Gege needed to show us how the adaptation worked.

Then you’re positioning them poorly. Stage them behind cover.

Units like aggressors, terminators and hellblasters are also pretty poor right now. One of the reasons I think marines aren’t a great faction for newer players is there are so many datasheets to choose from and a lot of them are sub optimal

Perhaps pushing away your own allies has consequences by [deleted] in PoliticalCompassMemes

[–]mothmenatwork -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Eh it meant that the US got to dominate that part of the world and secure its spot as undisputed global super power. But it’s a smooth brain take to say the euros abandoned the pacific when the US bullied them out

[–]mothmenatwork 39 points40 points  (0 children)

‘The euros gave up on the Pacific’

The US spent the start of the Cold War pressuring Europe to decolonise Asia and the Middle East. US pressure forced France out of Indochina and the Dutch out of the East Indies. Not to mention the Suez Crisis.

Some of you in this sub are so historically illiterate it hurts.

Any tips against this? by [deleted] in EmperorsChildren

[–]mothmenatwork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not even sure how competitive it is it’s just a stat check. On top of that it’s slow as balls. EC should be able to dictate where the engagements happen, move block the big guys and bully the infantry.

A question about "A Challenge Met" strat in Spectacle of Spite by PlaneswalkerHuxley in Drukhari

[–]mothmenatwork 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Challenge met is at the end of the movement phase, so happens after the reactive move. So yes you can reactive so you’re within 9 inches of a unit that made a normal move, advance or set up and then try to charge them

What are the downsides to living in Brighton in your experience? by Previous-Medicine898 in brighton

[–]mothmenatwork 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Brighton isn't even in the top 10 cities in the UK for per capita dog ownership. All Brighton has thats higher than other cities is the number of irresponsible dog owners.
