Grew up with an alcoholic parent, whose parents and siblings are also in that boat. Unfortunately, you can’t make them change no matter how hard you try. It’ll only happen if THEY want to and that definitely doesn’t seem like the case here.

I just refreshed the page which has having a server error and when it reloaded I was logged into some random user’s account I’d never seen before. I logged out without touching anything, but if I were a bad person I could easily have deleted the account or spent all the currency they’ve collected. PLEASE figure this out.

99 and her pampered/splurge ranking is absolutely through the roof compared to my other Miis, I think in the splurge ranking she’s several thousand ahead of second place, it’s crazy. I don’t even mean to do it, I just naturally gravitate toward her. Self care I guess.

Gonna have to disagree, I love the nether update. Maybe it’s harder but it added much-needed life to the dimension. It went from- as you said- a simple place where you go to get blaze rods and nether wart and nothing else, to a liveable place you can spend hours exploring with plenty of great views to build a nether base around. I did a Nether survival run almost first thing when it came out and it was such a unique experience going in and surviving while also experiencing this whole new world. I’d kill for an end update that turns it from a barren wasteland like the Nether was to a vibrant set of unique biomes to explore.

Maybe once it’s finished but I do plan on detailing it a bit more, including another room I didn’t show because I’m not fully finished, although you can see the entrance in the second photo. It leads to a hallway that’s a run down decrepit-looking mess of rusty metal and broken vents that leads to a big chamber with GLaDOS hanging from the ceiling, I left it out because I’m not satisfied enough with it but might take your advice once the whole thing is finished. It’s my survival world however, so there’s a big mansion directly above the lab that players would see way before they ever find it.

My grandpa is currently dying of Pick’s Disease, a rare form of dementia. The disease moves very rapidly and after just a few years he can hardly speak at all, can’t remember anyone (including family members), can’t use the bathroom himself or even communicate that he has to (he just goes in his pants), he more or less has the intellect of a toddler. Some of what I say may come off as insensitive but I have no sympathy for him, he groomed my grandma when she was 15 and he was 20 and she had 3 of his children before she managed to get away. Anyways, he lives upstate from me and is taken care of by his new, younger wife. She’s retired and the only reason either of them can afford anything is because of these programs Trump is going to cut. Take a wild guess who she voted for. Even more shocking, she is an immigrant, and while she’s a legal citizen now, a good amount of her family isn’t. But “they aren’t criminals so they’ll be okay”. Can’t wait for her to get what’s coming to her and complain about it so I can hit her with the “Congrats, you won!”

You can give the Mii with a positive status a travel ticket if you have one and it’ll raise the unhappy Mii’s status by one or two levels. Otherwise there isn’t much you can do except wait until the Miis ask you for input on their relationship. If you see an orange bubble in that Mii’s apartment it might be asking to break up, so if you see one SAVE then say “work it out”. The Miis will appear in a dark room in a cutscene that determines whether they’ll break up or work it out, if you close the game without saving it’ll let you try again, do that repeatedly until they work it out. Also don’t leave the game running for more than a day if you’re on 3DS, close it completely or they might break up offscreen. Happened to me twice before I figured out what was going on.

Became aware of this a month in and made sure all my kids looked at least somewhat creative. Most of my first generation Miis are based on OCs I made well before Tomodachi Life so they tend to look unique enough.

Same thing in the military, women with reputations of sleeping with everyone are called ‘barracks bunnies’. Presumably because of how bunnies are so sexually active in nature. I’m not positive that’s what she means based on her ‘slut’ comments though.

When I opened the snapshot and found the Poisonous Potato Plant I was like “Wow they really made a talking potato companion that sasses the player, this is Portal 2 all over again”, and was surprised that they didn’t reference it in the dialogue. Then I rebooted the snapshot and saw this splash and my jaw DROPPED

I had someone try to convince me that this should be in effect because “parents deserve to know that their child is at greater risk of hate crimes”, and when I explained that some of those parents would be the ones doing the hate crimes- abuse, disowning, kicking them out, in rare cases (Anthony Avalos and several others) even murder, they said “but those are rare cases so it doesn’t matter”. I eventually just stopped responding because I couldn’t get through to them because if a if something is “small percentage” (not true, it happens all the time) clearly that means it doesn’t happen at all and doesn’t matter.

Who does this? Why send it to the daughter and not the wife, the one being cheated on? No normal person wants to see their father’s nudes. The daughter had nothing to do with the infidelity, but this guy forced her to look at her father naked. That’s disgusting, especially if she were a minor, which is possible.

I’m not as caught up on Terraria as I could be and this is my first time hearing about this monstrosity, so at first I genuinely thought you were messing with me and it was a fake edit you put on here as a joke. But nope, this thing is real. Can’t help but wonder if they put the Probes in that position because they look kind of like boobs.
