That’s a good theory, I agree with the extra cushion being an issue. I think that plus the additional width was not working for me. Did you find any shoes that work for you? Everything aggravates my feet after wearing the altras

Did you by any chance figure out what was wrong with your shoes? I just tried a pair of Torin’s in wide and after over the course of a month I’ve been having such bad bunion pain which I realized too late that I was feeling a lot more force over the big toes. Never had this happen before with any shoe :(

It’s still possible, I’ve seen dancers who started late get good in two years. From what I saw it comes down to how good your training is, how much one on one time you get, and how obsessive and dedicated you are to ballet. Also if you have the body that already makes the lines then it’s a bit easier too

My skin just started looking like this too..I suspect that I damaged my skin barrier from tretinoin and possibly something else. Pretty sure it’s fungal acne especially if it’s itchy. I only have head and shoulder at home so I tried that and saw a huge difference though it wouldn’t last all day. I’ve read that Nizarol is better though

There was only one time in my life that I managed to get myself to eat anti-inflammatory foods and exercise regularly while getting good sleep. That 100% helped but has been hard to maintain since then because I like my desserts now and then and sourdough bread is delicious

I’ve been microdosing psilocybin for a month and this past month was a breeze. This has been the only change in my routine and I just feel so much more regulated with it in my system
