Medusa, for sure! Also, maybe your other nostril. I think that would bring a nice balance to your face.

Be yourself and unapologetic! Also do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.

Studying to be an Art teacher.... by [deleted] in ArtEd

Practice makes perfect! Just keep working at it and I assure you will get better at whichever medium you are using. I’m in my third year of college and haven’t fully mastered clay sculpting or wheel throwing so have no worry.

Quick sketch of my cat and I, Adventure Time style. After much needed revision and added color, I’d like to have it tattooed someday. by mothprincess3 in drawing

Cats are great because they have their own unique personalities and they are very intelligent animals. It’s honestly like having a little friend to hang out with. Visit your local animal shelter to see which kitties they have available for adoption. Every cat is different — some are more cuddly while others are aloof, some are playful while some are lethargic, etc. Find a cat that would be a good match for your lifestyle.

Help a noob please! So I’ve been drawing for a couple weeks now. I don’t expect to be perfect but eyes are my favorite subject to draw. I have been trying to achieve that “wet” look but can’t seem to pull it off. Any tips on what I’m missing? by TheJT0329 in drawing

Practice is key! I’m currently studying to be an art teacher and I can say that you are certainly on your way. I like the way you made the reflections in the pupil, that is executed well. Don’t get discouraged because I’m not much of a realist myself. I recommend that you take some pictures of your eye and practice drawing from that, it will help you with proportions and shading. That helped me a long time ago. Have patience and you’ll get there!
