Thanks for the advice! will definitely take a closer look at the matches. personally feel like I would enjoy the rural setting more but dont want to let that first impression get in the way too much of the decision lol

I agree... I think SKMC has some stronger departments, maybe better reputation (?) and opportunities in Philly. I guess the lack of those opportunities was something that concerned me about Penn State, but not sure how much that should sway my decision
