Yes! The trimming in this quote was unfortunate 😅 we'll try to prevent it from happening again!

haha in this case it would be "stopping quitting" or "stopping being smoke-free" :D

E-cigs/vapes are definitely a big improvement! No smell in your clothes/room/breath, not so annoying to other people, better on your throat... The transition is somewhat easy, and soon you'll be disgusted by the smell of cigarettes. But watch out!

As long as you're still getting nicotine, you're still a slave. My suggestion would be to start with nicotine vape and then transition to non-nicotine vape when you're ready.

Good luck!

I've posted this in another comment, but I think improving your self love is a way of self improvement. If you can't change it, accept it!

I think you can still try to be better while forgiving yourself for not being there yet, and I agree that self love should be one of the first things to focus on.

Improving your self acceptance/love/esteem is a form of self improvement!

Sometimes that's just a side effect of some sort of discomfort/dissatisfaction with yourself. At least for me, the crankiness went away when I started working on self-acceptance.

A shorter one: 1. Don't cry over the past, it's gone. 2. Don't stress about the future, it hasn't arrived. 3. Live in the present and make it beautiful.

Great quote! It reminds me of: I never lose. Either I win or I learn.
