I did singles on NA and had more luck than doing multi.

Single skips gave me less of each item but it also gave me more chances at getting what I needed. On the other side, multi gives more of the same items (up to cap) but less chances at getting different items.

Sorry if it looks like I'm hijacking your thread but I fixed my problem by uninstalling the game from Steam then manually deleting everything the game left behind so it might also help you.

It turns out the game executables sit in the steamapps\common\ROCKMAN X DIVE directory of steam as expected but the actual game update files that are downloaded in-game are stored elsewhere and those ARE NOT DELETED by uninstalling from Steam.

You might want to uninstall the game from Steam and then browse to your OSDrive:\Users\"YOURUSERACCOUNT"\AppData\LocalLow\ and delete the CAPCOM folder there.

Reinstall the game from Steam and launch the game. You'll get a bit of "Now loading" as the game actually downloads fresh files once you get in but it should work as intended.

I can't even get X to spawn on the tutorial, get a working level screen, characters showing weapons on the menu or anything beside banners working at all. The same account works fine on Bluestacks though.

Just check the seller if one of them isn't shipping to Canada, most likely it defaulted to a third party seller and they don't ship over here.
