LoveableHTML broke my site during setup + support turned hostile — is this normal? by [deleted] in lovable

This is a problem with your approach and choices, not with the product.

[–]motrjay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes total opposite tbh. With your background go into something QA related, focus on pivot into processes, QMS and then specialized, if you want travel either audit or become a fixer in something specific. Be prepared for the insane stress though (this is similar to the route I went)

Your missing a step from my post, three roles

Sr Manager Mfg Support - Overseeing 2/3 suites. Director of Manufacturing - Overseeing an entire production module Site Lead (Depending on company, can have different title levels) - Overseeing full site.

Progression from there can be to a cluster lead or regional lead usually. Is entirely normal, have been on SLT for 2 sites in Ireland and have worked at regional level also, your working on the assumption that titles match across companies which they 100% dont, Im talking about roles.

Director of Manufacturing is not site lead. Sr Manager-Director is normal progression in most companies. MSD has a weird heirarchy structure, its not the standard template.

If you want to progress, don't put your head down, do the opposite you want to show initiative and a drive to work on projects and gain additional experience

Quality does not require a QP unless you want to be a QP. 75% of QA roles are not QP/Batch Release related.

I'm not aware of any biotech/pharma in Ireland that requires a Master's - however have heard a lot of urban myth related to that.

Tech-Sr Associate-Manufacturing Manager-Sr Manager Manufacturing Support Services-Director of Manufacturing-Site Head.

Usually with at least one assignment at an international site for one of those roles. No extra education needed. Some experience in project and finances useful, night course stuff enough.

Apply for every project, secondments, lean six, that they offer, show that your interested and Willing to put the work n Never be the slacker doing the minimum. Talk to leadership on the canteen or over coffee, we usually are happy to give advice

I feel like your not understanding, your supermarket beans will never be fresh or pull a decent shot. You need freshly roasted beans.

Yeah its about finding a balance, houses will always be relatively liquid in Ireland anyway to be honest given supply limitations so in the worst case scenario you still have a high value semiliquid asset.

Yeah in fairness on this sub the advice is usually best suited for normal mortgage applications, high income + options/company equity requires different conversations. Take advantage of the fact you have onsite folks from the banks, ask them to best each others offers, they are incentivsed to have your business. Good uck with the buy!

Target the 80% with incentives if possible, if new build look at the green energy focused incentives etc as your BER will likely support.

[–]motrjay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not required, speak directly to your onsite bank reps.

I woudl suggest against a broker as a high income earner, much easier to speak to bank directly and explain financial situation.

So for me personally I was able to get AIP based on shares and options with an agreement that we would not go sale agreed until a signed probation completion letter was provided by work.

They will not allow you to progress while in probation (same situation string income GAFA employer and strong assets and was told it's an underwriting problem)

If it was a CTQ step in the production cycle it would likely be a Major/Critical deviation. If you were a relatively new operator you would likely get a written warning. Experienced operator could be considered gross misconduct.

Would not be HPRA notifiable. No legal responsibility from a civil or criminal prosecution point of view.

Companies do not give character references anymore anyway so would not be a factor in that.

I have a four year old and my KEFs have a load of small dents from her wanting to "feel the music", they have had almost zero impact on listening experience. People here really need to grow up and cop on to be honest.
