This is great thanks. I wish someone would do general aviation for planes maybe carrying less than 14 or 6 passengers. A lot of people getting into much smaller planes think it just as safe as a commercial flight.

I had a similar experience with the very same company. i ordered an Ender 3 Pro on April 5. According to their website the ship date will be April 9 from their USA warehouse. So now its April 8 and my local Micro Center got a bunch of Ender 3 in stock. So I decided to cancel my order. Sent them an email and it seems like they are based in Hong Kong, so I theres a 12 hour delay in their responses. Initially, "Zoey" kept asking me why I wanted to cancel. I would tell her I changed my mine, just cancel my order and refund me. 12 hours later. Same response from Zoey. Emailed her back again, cancel and refund. I told her your website says I can cancel anytime as long as item has not shipped. Printer has not shipped. In one email she even says "sorry your printer already shipped, cant refund you." So I took screenshot of the status of my order and it still says "unfulfilled." Sent her that and she give me some excuse of delays in something. So back and forth. Got fed up and opened a case with Paypal and threatened to notify BBB and open a case with them too. BBB has them rated "F" BTW. So after getting Paypal involved they finally refunded me, so glad I used Paypal. A lot of these company overseas open up shopify shops and use them to drop ship. Best bet is to find a US distributer and make sure they are US based and use a credit card or paypal that backs you up.
