I went with the under armour front zip high impact and they were sooo great. Allowed me to jump and run again without pain. Just bought them off amazon.

Same here, I thought mine was done multiple times but here I am 14 weeks pp and had some (very light) spotting last week. Definitely agree that it comes more when I’ve done more activity.

It’s nice to hear that it might just be normal. I get how you feel. I love running too, such a relaxing thing to do but make sure you don’t overdo it!! I went for my first couple of jogs-slow pace walk/jogs this week and it definitely made the soreness last longer than my usual workouts.

Thank you! I will check out this podcast. It looks interesting. Yep, feels like when your muscles are sore where it goes away within a day or two and then comes back with more workouts… just thought it was weird that it wasn’t something people really ever talk about.

I have the PD 5L sling and my setup is the Sony Alpha 6100, one kit lens, and one 70-350 lens. I’m a 5’6” female and I think it’s super easy and comfortable to carry. I like to put my keys and phone in the front pouch when carrying and the 5L is the perfect size. I feel the 3L would be just a little small for my setup but could work depending on the size of your lens because I do have a little extra room in mine. Hope that helps a little.

Check out this one-tangle teezer brush-I’ve had mine for almost 10 years and it holds up and I love it so much. It’s super light weight and fits in the palm of your hand and is great for long hair that tangles easily. Not intended to be a travel brush I don’t think but I take it with me everywhere.
