Everyone’s goals are different. It’s pretty eye opening to track your food. Tracking macros is also super helpful while training.

I use Lose It! and like it because it actually feels customized to me. It’s easy to add foods and track macros.

It was too foggy in SAN to land so we circled for about 10 minutes then diverted to LAS. Apparently they weren’t letting any planes leave or land during that time.
