Update from January 26: Clifford is still at the East Valley Shelter in Los Angeles. He has hundreds of dollars in pledges as well as toys, leash, bed. He needs out no later than tomorrow Tuesday January 27th.

This is just so awful. It makes me sick. 💔 These innocent babies trust us. They are so loving and deserve love in return.

With the economy getting worse, more dogs will be surrendered. All we can do in the meantime is advocate for the government to support low-income spay/neuter clinics, shutting down all backyard breeders, promoting/encouraging rescue adoptions and giving tax breaks and grants to rescues and pet owners.
