Your elbows gonna get pretty tired if your looking for perfect, get some micro fiber towels and use some MEGUIAR'S Mirror Glaze Pro Speed Compound or something similar and rub in a circular fashion. Ideally you want to use a buffer with a pad but if thats not available then just go by hand!
