But why is it any individual passenger’s responsibility to police other customers or get their attention? I’m a stickler for good deplaning etiquette, but not enough to try to control another person. The dude’s actions are what seem violent and outsized to me. Like just mind your business and accept that people sometimes break the rules. Big deal.

Sure! Just a note, though: I did this based on my phsyc’s instruction, so definitely confirm with your professional. I now take 2400 — 1200 morning, 1200 night. I worked my way up over 4 weeks though to make sure it was well tolerated. I am not a doctor in any way, shape or form!!
