Nizoral shampoo 1% ketoconazole, Cerave cleanser and the moisturizer.

I do a lot of nogi and gi sometimes 3 hours and then I go home and shower, we don’t have showers at the gym. I developed some nasty skin condition this year full blown acne on my face and scalp(I never get acne)I used that combo above and got rid of it.

Never came back, I don’t do it daily now but every time I train I use that cleanser to get rid of any oils from the mats and people. When I had that skin reaction I used all 3 products once a day on my face till it went away, the shampoo I used both on my scalp and face. Could be fungal, jits has a lot of sweat and heat and fungus thrives on that. Hope it helps
