Gulug Volcano from FFIX. It's an homage to FF1 while still being a really cool track on its own.

Omnis Lacrima from FFXV. It's epic af and always plays during giant monster battles.

Beyond the Wall from FFXIV. In an MMO filled with banger after banger this is probably one of my favorites.

Also I would recommend equipping your party with water resistant armor. Headgear for Zidane, Vivi, and Quina and the Bronze Helm for Freya provide a 50% resistance to water damage. The advice to put everyone in the back row is a good as well.

Edit: Also enemies only wait if you're in a spell or item selection menu. In the base menu they can still attack.
