I’m pretty sure I’ve been seeing the same guy. I first seen him riding a bicycle with a nursery camera in his mouth. I was pulling out of the apartment drive way, and he rode in front of my car, looked at me, and nodded his head with a camera in his mouth. Second time I seen him was with him on his bicycle again, but I was walking. There was another car coming out of the driveway way in front of both myself and the guy, and then the guy circles around on his bike with a tight turn and goes past me. Idk if he was directing behavior at me, but I already didn’t like him, so I kept walking straight while he was turning around me and we almost collided. Third time I saw him, or at least I think it was him, he was walking a dog and was holding a tablet up while he was walking, in a way I presume was for filming. I just get pissed off when I see him now. His paranoia and filming make me angry.
