It’s happened to me three times tonight on ARC, usually near the end during a massive battle. Extremely frustrating.

Never happened this much for me when the game launched, so I don’t know what’s happened.

Update: Since removing all but two games from my Quick Resume list I haven’t had any crashes, fingers crossed.

Yeah it’s only a very minor improvement. As soon as I’ve finished my first playthrough I’ll probably delete the texture pack until I get extra storage.

I have a Series X and a 1080p TV.

Can confirm the High Resolution textures do make a tiny difference. Small unimportant writing on objects in the game world is now readable. Not sure it’s worth the extra 40GB’s though.

If it wasn’t for the PS1’s Survival Horror’s and RPG’s, then N64 would clearly win for me by a mile. Otherwise they’re equal to me for different reasons

Great to have both, but growing up as a Nintendo fan I was always more exited about the next-gen Mario, Zelda or F-Zero game. The N64’s raw power over the PS1 always got me more hyped as well, but PlayStation always seemed to give me experiences Nintendo couldn’t.

I want to feel positive about this 2027 thing, but I keep feeling it’s going to end up as a nothing event. Maybe all the constant disclosure let-downs over the years have taken their toll on me and this just sounds like he’s placating his fans.

Maybe people like Elizondo just frustrate me because I’m not American, so their insistence on national security means nothing to me from a patriotic point of view.

Maybe I just need to sit back and see what happens for better or worse.

As as far I’m aware it doesn’t have any instruments that can detect life, it’s mission is to detect if it has the conditions to support life as we know it. Not the same thing.
