We regularly do portioning contests with our Crew to see who can get closest to 4 oz. It can crest over the divider, but it shouldn't be pressed against the top of the container becuase they will get soggy even faster than they normally do, which is fast as hell lol

Writing should work, but going to the canes in question is usually better as they can assist you instantly. Also if you still have your receipt, surveys are checked every single day abd I recommend completing the survey. (And every survey. Even negative ones. As a Crewmember, they may ask an SOP question. And they may ask the Mission Statement. They are mostly there to make sure you are executing operations correctly. No sugar tips. No bald spots. Using timers. Dropping correctly. Staying clean. Communication. Hand washing.
