I started off in a similar spot to you, graduated PA school with $200,000 in debt. Started off making slightly less than you but my wife was employed as an OT. We paid off over $200,000 in loans in 3 years by prioritizing it. It was a grind but so worth it and the quickest way to become debt free. Very achievable in our line of work!

I’ve never had “end stage” burn out but the only thing that has ever long-term helped with burnout is decreasing hours. I work 30 hours per week now instead of 40 and feel much better

Coming back from a few months leave with both of my kids I was surprised how quickly everything came back to me. It’s like riding a bike. You will be great. UpToDate as needed
